Mistou and xms leave MilleniumTeam CS
Two months after they had joined the organization’s CS:GO team, Alexandre “xms” Forté and Valentin “Mistou” Balbastro have both decided to head for another destination and new objectives.
The two former Platinium players had signed with Millenium for a place of honour in Counter-Strike’s French hierarchy but also in Europe’s top teams alongside Maj3r, Sixer and fxy0. Their contribution within the organization had always been very conclusive in terms of results. Defeated by Ex6tenz’s team LDLC in the ESL National Championship Finals, Millenium had striken back as they finished on ASUS ROG Summer’s podium in Helsinki last month. The players were very effective on Mirage during the tournament but, nevertheless, they payed their mistakes and inconsistencies on other maps. Individual clutches were not sufficient enough to reach the Finals even though winning against teams like Epsilon was a great satisfaction.
Still, xms and Mistou stepped down as Millenium’s CS:GO players. We’d like to thank them for their huge contribution to this 2-month journey and may good luck pursue them for the next. Now, the team is looking for new players in order to get back to work before the challenges to come.
